This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for credit purchases made on Tota Ji. We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction and handle all refund requests fairly.

2. Credit Purchases

Tota Ji operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase credit packs to use the AI prediction service:

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligible for Refund

You may request a full refund in the following cases:

  • Payment charged but credits not added — If your payment was successfully processed but credits were not reflected in your account due to a technical error.
  • Duplicate payment — If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
  • Service unavailability — If the Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 hours) after your purchase, and you could not use your credits.
  • Unused credits — If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not used any credits from the purchased pack.

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Credits have already been partially or fully used.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated predictions (as they are for entertainment only).
  • Refund requested after 7 days from the date of purchase (except for technical errors).
  • Account suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
  • Free credits provided at sign-up (these are non-refundable).

4. Cancellation Policy

Since Tota Ji operates on a prepaid credit system (not a subscription), there is no recurring billing to cancel. Each purchase is a one-time transaction.

  • Credits remain in your account until used — they do not expire.
  • There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.
  • You may stop using the Service at any time without any cancellation process.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@totaji.com with the subject line: "Refund Request"
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Your registered email address
    • Date of purchase
    • Amount paid
    • Reason for refund
    • Transaction ID or payment reference (if available)
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Bank processing times may vary; please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Once a refund is processed, the corresponding credits will be deducted from your account.

7. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by:

  • Replying to the refund response email with additional details
